Since food intake contributes about 20% of our fluid intake that means we need to drink about 2.0-3.0 liters of water or in other words 8 to 10 glasses. 

Get Good Amount Of Rest

Rest is vital for your health if you don’t sleep properly you’ll compensate by eating and it’ll be most usually junk food. Get enough sleep for at least 6 hours a day and you don’t need any snacks to stay awake. 

Sleep plays a vital role in a healthy body as it performs various actions while sleep like digestion, repair cells, brain waste clearance and modulation of immune responses.
