Disadvantages of Herbal Tea:

While there is no scientific proof of side effects or disadvantages of herbal tea, one might have allergic reactions to drinking or even inhaling the particles. The reactions involve headache, sore throat, nausea, and even dizziness. Be very careful while you are choosing a particular brand. Please go through all the ingredients and check whether you are allergic to any one of them. 

While monitored consumption would not harm, excessive consumption may upset the stomach, acidity, and even loss of appetite.
